    Exclusive Online Owner Portal

    From the moment your contract is signed, you have access to a private Owner Portal that gives you real-time visibility into your build. Review construction updates, communicate directly with your project team, track your selections, and stay informed at whatever level of detail you prefer.

    You shouldn't have to wait for a weekly call to know what's happening with a $1M investment. The portal removes that uncertainty entirely.



    Initial Consultation: Defining Your Vision

    We start with a conversation, not a sales pitch. You'll meet with our team to walk through what you're looking for, where you want to live, and what's most important to you in the finished home. We listen more than we talk at this stage. The goal is to determine whether we're genuinely the right builder for what you're planning.

      Design Phase: Bring Your Dream to Life

      The design phase begins with an Initial Plans and Specifications meeting, a working session where we refine the preliminary design around your priorities. From there, the process moves through three defined stages:

      Floor Plan Development: Finalizing a layout built around how you actually live, not just square footage and room count.

      Exterior Design: Selecting the facade, materials, and details that reflect the home you've been picturing.

      Bid Set Preparation: Producing a complete set of plans, specifications, and electrical drawings accurate enough to price with confidence.

      Once the bid set is complete, we conduct a full Specifications Review together. Nothing moves forward until you've seen every detail and confirmed it reflects what you want. That review is your checkpoint, and we take it seriously.

You'll see exactly what you're paying for and why. We don't use vague allowances to make proposals look competitive. If a number is in your budget, it reflects an honest estimate of what that item costs.

          Selection Meetings: The Details That Define the Home

          You'll work directly with our design team through a structured selection process covering cabinetry, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, and
          exterior finishes. Every selection happens in a defined sequence so each decision builds naturally on the last. You'll have the guidance you need to make choices you're genuinely proud of and the time to make them well. This is where your home stops being a floor plan and starts becoming yours.

              When you close on a Destination Home, the relationship doesn't end. Your Owner Portal stays active, your warranty coverage is in place, and our team remains reachable…the same team that was with you from the first conversation.
